The EPRO A6312 is responsible for converting the raw cable signals from on-site eddy current sensors or speed sensors, through internal isolation and conversion circuits, into standard, pure signals, and then sending them via the backplane bus to the subsequent monitoring cards. Yueyang Tongtu, as a long-term stock available, highly recommends this latest product that has undergone point-to-point conduction testing and insulation withstand voltage verification.
Performance
The signal conversion performance of this EPRO A6312 module is extremely stable. Its contact resistance is extremely low. No matter how weak the vibration change signal transmitted from the site is, after being connected through its terminals, there will be no significant signal attenuation. Its isolation performance is outstanding, and it can effectively block the ground loop between the sensor side at the site and the cabinet system side. This completely solves the difficult problem of erratic values in the control room caused by the potential difference between the grounding potentials at both ends. In a cabinet that is constantly in a vibrating environment (for example, next to a large turbine), its mechanical structure shows extremely strong vibration resistance. The spring clips in the connection terminals have not experienced fatigue loosening, and the pins on the back remain in excellent contact with the back plate, and will not suddenly disconnect due to vibration, resulting in signal interruption.
Usage Instructions
This EPRO A6312 module does not require special maintenance during normal use, but there are a few points to note. Firstly, when connecting the wires, the force should be moderate. Do not use excessive force to tighten the screws of the wire terminals. If the internal copper alloy spring clips break or the plastic base is cracked, the entire module will be damaged. Always use the screwdriver in accordance with the torque requirements specified in the manual. Secondly, during major maintenance and power outages of the unit, use a screwdriver to re-tighten all the wire terminals regularly. Because long-term mechanical vibration may indeed cause slight loosening of a few wires. Do not spray strong corrosive cleaning agents on the plastic base to prevent damage to the internal circuit board.
Our quality
The EPRO A6312 original and brand-new accessories are extremely finely crafted in terms of their appearance details. The most obvious example is the wiring terminals on the front panel. The internal metal clips are smooth and shiny, without any wear or deformation caused by using inferior screws or applying excessive force during assembly. They are widely used in key equipment such as steam turbines, generators, feed pumps, compressors, etc.
