Structure

This Fuji NP1BS-03 module does not have a circuit board. It transmits force through a precise mechanical structure. Its core is a high-strength force-transmitting rod. One end of this rod aligns with the main shaft cam inside the circuit breaker, and the other end is connected to a set of spring reset mechanisms. When the circuit breaker closes, the main shaft cam presses against the rod, and the rod overcomes the force of the springs to move, simultaneously driving the metal lock piece at the end to extend, thus completing the "locking" action. The internal slide rails and rotating shaft parts have been lubricated, with extremely low friction resistance. All the plastic force-bearing points are embedded with metal reinforcing ribs, which are definitely not just pure plastic contact, thus significantly extending its mechanical lifespan under frequent operations.

Real case

Last year, we had a European food processing plant customer. Their distribution cabinet was given a rectification notice due to failing the safety review. The reason was that the original mechanical interlock module's plastic had aged and broken, and the circuit breaker could still open the door when it was closed. They tried to assemble it with a different brand part on their own, but found that the size of the base slot was off by two millimeters, and it simply wouldn't fit.
